There are many methods for obtaining orthogonal leads from standard leads. Moreover, not only linear transformation but also nonlinear regression using artificial neural networks are used now. Methods of converting 12 standard ECG leads into 3 orthogonal leads were considered in this work. The results using these methods were compared with real orthogonal leads. A set of coefficients for converting standard leads to orthogonal for the subsequent obtaining of the heart vector magnitude has been proposed.
