摘要

Design of modern intelligent university financial management system based on B/S structure and complex data mining is implemented in this paper. This article analyzes the data set with large sample size and high feature dimension. On the premise of ensuring the effectiveness of the algorithm as much as possible, the problem of computational efficiency caused by large-scale data is solved. The so-called general software system development cost minimization refers to finding an optimal reliability allocation plan based on the meeting system reliability target requirements, hence, we integrate the optimization model to construct the efficient methodologies. The numerical simulation compared with the latest models prove that the proposed framework is efficient. The B/S structure is applied to enhance the robustness of the whole system.
