摘要

Since 1979 several digital signal processors (DSP) have been designed [1-6] to fill the gap between standard microprocessors which are slow and dedicated LSIs which are less flexible and involve higher initial cost.But when the memory capacity or computational power or precision of a DSP is not sufficient their usefulness becomes questionable.
