DIVESTITURE IMPACT-SPECIAL SERVICES FORECASTING SYSTEM

摘要

This paper reports on the work completed for a divestiture-related release of the Special Services Forecasting System,an established and heavily-used forecasting system within the Operating Telephone Companies.The project's development process to reconfigure current pre-divestiture historical data into a post-divestiture format is also described.
