Different aspects of quality engineering in the field of product planning and development are discussed from the standpoint of a quality assurance center for telecommunication equipment.Topics are:quality as a managerial task,how to make a QA-program for a specific product and how to assure good results.Some technical aspects for qualification and performance tests will he considered.
