Analysis of the Construction Culture of Traditional Residence-Take Si Sheng Residence in Sizhai Village as Example

Traditional residence is the main carrier of local culture andthe essence of farming civilization. The Si Sheng Residence ishuge and rich in history, however, because of its remote location,there is little research on it. Through the research on thecharacteristics of its base site and spatial structure, analyzes thecultural connotation of the Si Sheng Residence from the angle ofconstruction, we find that the Si Sheng Residence has a highaesthetic value and cultural connotation. This study can providereference for the research and protection of other traditionalwooden frame buildings in Zhejiang.
