Real-Time Estimations of Power System Inertia and Damping Coefficient During System Disturbances Considering Area Aggregation

In this paper, a real-time estimation method of power systeminertia and damping coefficient is proposed when thesynchronous generators’ information insufficient. The resultswith PV installations are surveyed. In the future work, the inputdata calculation method will be investigated when aggregatedarea is considered.
