摘要

We deeply analyze the side effect of present polarization demultiplexing in Stokes space and propose an enhanced method by compensating residual phase retarder. Experiments show that the retarder compensation is indispensable and the proposed method tracks 1MHz polarization change with only 0.4dB Q penalty.
