Research on Risk Evaluation Index System of City Regional Railway Operation Safety Based on SEM

摘要

Regional railway is an important infrastructure, because it is a popular transportation in modern cities, it is operation safety is highly concerned, in this paper, the factor of the operation risk of urban railway are collected. They are classified into four aspects: personnel, equipments or facilities, environment, and management. An index system for rise assessment is constructed. Based on the structural equation model, the operation safety of an urban railway is evaluated. It turns out that the most sensitive factor is management. The conclusion provides valuable reference of safety control of operation of urban railways.
