To reduce the waste of storage and computing resources in traditional data integration methods, a multidimensional information integration method for power transmission and transformation equipment (PTTE) is proposed. Firstly, a common information model (CIM) defined in IEC 61970/61968 is chosen as the global schema for multi-dimensional information of PTTE, including online and offline data. Secondly, a representational state transfer (REST)-based data integration mechanism is proposed to improve maintenance efficiency and expansibility. Finally, based on CIM and integration mechanism, a multi-dimensional information integration platform is made up for PTTE, and the practical application is introduced in detail, which provides a novel idea about equipment information integration.
