TECHNIQUES TO KICK-START AND REV UP YOUR QA PROGRAM

Establishing meaningful and well respected QA processes, and overcoming resistance from Managers and Co-workers alike, is a frequent challenge faced by many QA Teams. Managers may not feel they are getting their moneys worth out of "process improvement" efforts and Co-workers may feel that QA processes will only add to being over-worked. Drawing upon lessons learned I would like to share specific techniques that have proven successful. These techniques can be readily adapted and implemented regardless of project or company size.
