Damage of cement concrete pavement brings great pressure to the highway management and maintenance departments. In-situ granulation technology is a technology that uses the rotary split crushing method to crush the preliminary pre-broken cement concrete slab pavement on the original pavement to form a designed grading aggregate, and then adds a certain amount of stabilizer to the site to form the mixture, which becomes the water stable base after shaping, rolling, and curing. In this paper, the recycling of in-situ granulated stone in the test road is completed by using the rotary in-situ granulated stone technology relying on real engineering, and the best crushing method and cement dosage, determining indicators. After the post construction inspection, all indicators of the water stable base of in-situ granulated stone recycling meet the requirements of the design specifications, which show that in-situ granulated stone technology can be applied to the maintenance of rural roads.
