Searchless Intelligent System of Modern Production Control

The subject of the research is the development of the effective method of modern production systems management. In modern conditions, the "production system" is the resource structure "production, development, retail, recycling". Further we consider this whole chain. Globalization of production chains generates instability of regional territorial systems in social, technical and environmental aspects. The analysis of the concept of "intellectual" is carried out, in science it is a philosophical concept, in business – an advertising label. De facto intelligence is associated with fuzzy search methods in large and fuzzy areas. Typical problems of modern production systems management are given: high dimensionality; significant non-linearities; uncertainties and disturbances of the active environment; holistic system of instrument and non-instrument measurements; survivability problems; the problem of optimal adaptive control of current states and the problem of optimal control of the final state. To solve the problems, the optimal aggregation methodology was chosen, which does not improve existing methods, but removes the existing problems. The proposed solution to these problems is based on the theorem on the isomorphic mapping of the resource structure of the production system into the structure of a binary tree of optimal aggregation – the result of solving a nonlinear programming problem. At the input, we have the "costs, outputs" functions of all elements of the system, their resource connections, and at the output, we have the "optimal equivalent function "costs, outputs" for the entire system. There are no search procedures in the aggregation software module. The analysis of the control, measurement and forecasting structures based on the binary tree of optimal aggregation is performed. Examples of setting and solving new management problems are given. Examples of solving problems of optimizing development strategies using loans, managing work time, and joint management of retail and production are given.
