Bi-Adaptive Management of Strategic Projects Development of high-tech companies through the improvement of competencies

The paper is devoted to the analysis of management models of development strategic projects of high- tech companies. The approach is based on the models of biadaptive management of the company personnel competencies development during the implementation of projects. A model structure of principles for strategic development projects (7 principles) is proposed, the risks of such projects are identified, and risk-appropriate measures are proposed for each risk. Based on the implementation of bi-adaptive management, a model of creating synergism of competencies high-tech companies in development projects is proposed. A SWOT analysis of the proposed models' implementation performed for one of the varieties of development projects of high-tech companies - for the project of creating a call-centre.
