Management of Territorial Development Projects in Global Challenges

摘要

The research aims to reveal the importance of implementing information and communication technologies in the processes of territorial development project management, to identify the basic requirements for the implementation of such technologies and the effect of implementation.The responsibility of the project manager in the formation and adjustment of communication systems has been determined. The functions of the project manager in this line are highlighted. The responsibilities and functions of the project team members in the communication processes are described. Influence of information and communication technologies on the process and result of implementation of territorial development projects with an emphasis on the quality of stakeholder interaction is analyzed.The main stages of management of territorial development projects with the use of information and communication technologies are identified.
