摘要

A shortage of active power in the power system is the reason of a decrease in the frequency of the supply network, which requires the introduction of a regime of limiting power consumption. It results in a mass shutdown of consumers and leads to a violation of the technology of oil and associated petroleum gas production. In order to minimize losses in oil production, haphazard disconnection of oilfield consumers should be excluded. It is necessary to streamline the operation of emergency automation and systems based on digital technologies in electrical networks, as well as we need an integrated approach to justify the number and composition of disconnected consumers, which take into account the impact of the environment on the performance of equipment, technology, technical condition of technological and electrical equipment, the stability of the electrical system during a sharp reset and power set. Therefore, determining the order of disconnection of oilfield consumers in case of sudden shortages of active power is an urgent task. The purpose of this research is to reduce the under-discharge of electrical energy from the operation of the emergency automation system when there is a shortage of active power in the power system
