摘要

In this work, a method for magnetic material production suitable for 3D printing by Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) technology is presented. Method is applied for soft-magnetic material 3D printer filament preparation used for toroidal magnetic core production. Method production sequence is presented and it is further used for test samples manufacturing by FFF 3D printing. Magnetic material properties of this test sample is measured in order to estimate nonlinearity of magnetic permeability and magnetization curve. Proposed method and corresponding magnetic material are suitable for fabrication of complex shaped magnetic cores by FFF additive technology and 3D volumetric control of magnetic properties.
