摘要

Decarbonisation and increasing demand for new renewable energy sources require the development of pan-European electricity market with new features that will improve balancing new sources of energy. The purpose of the article is to consider the demand side management and storage systems as a new functionality in the electricity market, through which to increase the flexibility of the electrical power system.
