Today's demands on high-voltage DC power supply are getting higher and higher, and a digital controlled highvoltage DC power supply is gradually replacing the traditional high-voltage DC power supply. In this paper, the digital controlled high-voltage DC power supply based on STM32 microcontroller is designed. The entire power supply system is applied STM32 microcontroller as the control core. And, it is used the pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) technology to convert the AC of 110-220V to 20kV by the steps of rectification and filtering, DC choppering, full-bridge inverting, and voltage doubling, etc. The feasibility and stability of the designed system are verified through the software simulation of Multisim.
