Further study of the active RX-TX microstrip patch antenna is discussed in the paper. In previous studies it was used field effect transistor with positive feedback, which implied the regenerative resonant amplification. The presence of finite size of the patch resulted in reducing of amplification with frequency decreasing! The problem of such behavior is discussed in paper. In this paper it is proposed to concentrate the regenerative amplification in a single point, which will result in stable receiving/transmitting signal amplification without any degradation with operating frequency changing. The single point amplification can be realized with the use of two-pole devices such as tunnel diode, Gunn diode etc. Small sizes of diodes let us assume the any additional transmitting microwave lines are absent and the reasons of any feedback level changing are absent as well. The way of bias supplying of two-pole devices as well the microwave signal inputting/ outputting are widely discussed in paper. It is shown the active antenna with two-pole devices can operate in receiving and transmitting modes. No switching between receiving and transmitting modes does need to be implemented. The active antenna can operate in both modes simultaneously.
