The Impact of Technology on Service Supply Chain of Toyota Dasmarinas-Cavite: A Comparative Study

Emerging technology is used to describe a new technology, but it can also refer to the continuing development and innovation of an existing technology. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the new technologies from the conventional tools, equipment, or processes that an automotive service industry uses in their service operations like in Toyota Dasmarinas-Cavite using a comparative research study. Through this approach, it was found that with the application of the emerging technologies in Toyota Dasmarinas-Cavite service operation, workers can perform their task faster and easier resulting to high productivity. Quality of service is also attained that leads to high customer satisfaction. With these results, company can guarantee customer retention and loyalty as well as profit increase.
