Research on Unit Power Factor Operation Control Stratage of Actively Commutation Converter with Switching Frequency of 50Hz

摘要

The actively commutation converter (ACC) has been regarded as one of many interesting circuit topologies in high-power systems. In this article, unit power factor operation control method of ACC with switching frequency of 50Hz is proposed. A 500 kV/400 MW back-to-back HVDC transmission-based ACC is built using PSCAD/EMTDC software to verify the correctness of the unit power factor operation control method.
