With the gradual opening of the electricity sales market, agents will play an important role in the management of electricity use in various industrial parks, residential areas and office areas. And how to formulate an agent’s pricing and power purchasing strategy to achieve a win-win situation between agents and intelligent building users has become an urgent problem. In this paper, an agent-user master-slave game pricing model considering building thermal inertia is proposed, and the proposed model is further transformed into a mixed integer linear programming problem in order to obtain the optimal pricing strategy. Under the optimal pricing strategy, the cooling load of the air conditioner can be used as a translatable load, which can reasonably respond to the agent’s pricing while keeping the indoor temperature in a comfortable range, so as to save energy and reduce operating costs.
