Regenerative Electric Heating Load Modeling Considering Users’ Response Behavior Biases

In order to accurately simulate the differentiated demand response behavior of regenerative electric heating (REH) users, a REH load modeling method considering users’ response behavior difference is proposed in this paper. Firstly, considering thermal comfort of residential users in winter, the simplified ISO 7730 thermal comfort model is adopted to obtain the optimum thermal comfort temperature of all types of heating users. Secondly, on the basis of time of use (TOU), the electricity cost and heating comfort of REH users are considered. Multi-objective optimization operation model of REH is established, and the corresponding Pareto solution set is obtained by using Gamultiobj toolbox in MATLAB. Finally, considering influencing factors of heating users’ demand response behavior, the maximum centralized utility value in Pareto solution set is decided as the simulated electricity scheme based on Logit model. The calculation results show that the REH load modeling method considering difference of users’ response behavior is more accurate than the traditional modeling method in simulating residential electric heating load scheme.
