摘要

The grid connection test of a new energy plant is an important means to evaluate the performance of a new energy plant and its impact on the power grid. For the problem of low efficiency of traditional test methods, this paper designs a set of grid-connected test system for new energy plants, which integrates data acquisition devices and data analysis modules to analyze test data and automatically generate test reports. In the test data identification, this paper proposes an automatic segmentation method of test data based on singular value decomposition, which can accurately identify the boundary of the transition section of the test data. As a result, the method can be used for the test data interval segmentation of different test items. Finally, through simulation and actual data verification, the method proposed in this paper has high accuracy. The simulation data and measurement data prove that the proposed data segmentation method can automatically segment the data and improve the test efficiency.
