摘要

The interaction between the fundamental and harmonic magnetic fields in the air gap of motors generates electromagnetic force waves, resulting the vibration of the motor if the motor structure is designed unreasonably. Based on the motion characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the electromagnetic force wave mechanism, the vibration caused by electromagnetic force of 8-pole 24-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied. Firstly, an ANSYS simulation software is used to establish the finite element model and the magnetic density and magnetic force line distribution of the motor are analyzed. Then, the stator mode and the vibration characteristics of the motor are simulated to study the effect of its natural frequency and its vibration pattern on the motor vibration. The results verify the accuracy and reliability of the model and provide a basis for analyzing and dealing with the motor vibration.
