摘要

In the field of machine learning, deep learning has been more prominent in recent years. It is an effective machine learning tool and has wide applications. In this paper, we propose a method of applying deep learning architecture to classify brain tumours using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images and measure its performance. The underlying architecture for complex features is convolutional neural network, and for low-level features, we have integrated machine learning techniques, namely grey-level co-occurrence matrix and histogram of oriented gradients.
