摘要

A frequency stabilized IMPATT source for application to radio astronomy and plasma diagnostics has been developed. A harmonic mode of IMPATT operation is phase-locked through injection locking of the fundamental mode. An automatic frequency control system is used to stabilize the injection source of a Gunn device operating at the frequency desired.
