A parallel implementation of MIMD computers of a Navier-Stokes non equilibrium hypersonic flow solver, based on a Domain Decomposition Technique is developed. As in~(1_2), a dynamic approach of domain decomposition applied to multiblock grids called "Masked Multiblock" has been used. It consists of creating new virtual topology, independent of the topological subdivision in blocks of the grid. A procedure to balance the computational load in a dynamic way among the processors (same number of floating point operations in each subdomain per each time iteration step) is used.
