A simple and accurate dynamic voltage divider for resistive bridgetransducers

This paper presents a simple and accurate dynamic voltage dividerfor resistive bridge transducers which can be completely integrated in astandard CMOS process. Calibration is not necessary. The division ratiodoes not depend on the switch resistance of the applied switches. Thecharge injection and the voltage dependency of the resistors do not haveany influence on the performance. Furthermore, the number of componentsis drastically reduced, compared to traditional dividers. Measurementson an integrated divider in a CMOS process show an accuracy of 13 bits
