Part of the problem of filtering and tracking moving objects usingsequential frames is discussed. The design of three-dimensional digitalfilters for enhancement/restoration of moving objects with specifiedrange speed and heading is presented. The stability problem of 3-Drecursive digital filters for the above application is also considered
