Robust image processing method of laser spot center location in complex industrial environment

摘要

To meet the requirement of industrial online monitoring on the stability, real-time performance, accuracy and interference resistance, an image processing method of laser spot center location is proposed. A region of interest (ROI) location method of laser spot based on Canny and Hough algorithm is proposed to excluding the impact of ambient light. Then, an inpainting method for laser edge image based on pixel adjacency analysis is presented for realization low quality spot center accurate measurement together with the least squares method. The method has been tested and applied in the moving parts center monitoring system of huge extruder. The testing results testify the validity of the method.
