In hybrid wireless network (HWN), delay is always an important parameter to evaluate the QoS performance. Previous works have studied the average delay of all transmitted packets. However, QoS guarantee is commonly provided for a certain data flow. In this paper, a stochastic network calculus (SNC) based approach is proposed to analyze the stochastic end-to-end delay of a data flow through HWN. Linear Fractional Stable Noise (LFSN)based traffic model is employed to characterize the data flows. Based on the existing works, we deduce the stochastic service curves. With these frameworks, the end-to-end stochastic delay bounds are derived. Numerical experiments show that our method is effective for different network configurations and characteristics of data flows. Moreover, we can provide some guidelines for transmission and network construction strategies in HWN.
