This paper presents the method of fast sampling inspection based on the accelerated degradation test of the smart meters.This method is the use of pseudo-life data obtained by the accelerated degradation test,then taking distribution analysis,like distribution fitting and goodness of fit test to determine the final distribution of the pseudo-life data,and then based on the distribution of information to choose sampling inspection method of reliability,and conduct the sampling inspection,finally,making sure if the reliability of the smart meters meet the requirements,and provide the basis for the producers and consumers to take the reliability assessment of the smart meter.
