摘要

Full scale tests were carried out on prototype Bhutanesetraditional houses to understand their response under quasi staticloading. All specimens were later retrofitted with steel wire meshand tested under same loading conditions to understand theeffectiveness of adopted strengthening measures. Part 12 of thisseries of paper will discuss on the overview of the full-scale statictests including the details of test specimens. Part 13 and 14 reporton the test results and discussion.
