This study proposes a visual ranking (VR) method and applicationof 6 (six) existing RC with masonry infill buildings in Bangladesh.The VR scores indicates a rough seismic capacity of existingbuildings which provides a judgement for further detail evaluation.However, the values for different modification factors needsfurther investigations based on structural properties.References: Please see in Part 4.
