Recently, the environment health of the urban residential district has been paid more attention by the urban construction planning and design departments et al. And it has become one of the integrated problems in the process of urban construction and development. Taking Dalian as an example, the monitoring data, announced by Environmental Protection Bureau in Dalian and other related departments, has be adopted in the research. Meanwhile，six indicators can be selected (including automobile tail-gas pollution, dust pollution, storm water and sewage discharge pollution, noise pollution on roads, living noise pollution caused by shops and schools et al, wastes pollution caused by solid wastes et al). Then the questionnaires to urban residents can be done，the data can be analyzed statistically and quantified, so as to attain the subjective evaluated score. Then, the environment health evaluation of the urban residential district in Dalian can be gained. Based on analysis, the evaluated result can offer the scientific basis for improving the environment of urban residential district, also for raising the ability of planning, design, construction about urban residential district in Dalian.
