Research on Application of Financial Leasing in Infrastructure Construction

Infrastructure is very important to the development of city, but the current infrastructure is facing to the situation of lack of money in China. How to broaden the financing channels of infrastructure has become to the key to the development of city. Due to its hold both the function of financing and content of be in harmony concurrently, financial leasing is wide applied perspective in infrastructure project financing. Introducing the financial leasing mode, the characteristics of financial leasing is analyzed. On this basis, the paper analyzes application prospect of financial leasing in the infrastructure construction, presents the application process of financial leasing, discusses the risks to prevent and control, and puts forward the methods of controlling risk.
