摘要

Rosebank is an industrial area in the middle suburbs of Auckland New Zealand. Since its initial development starting in 1959 and growth through to about 1980 it has experienced a limited down cycle with a trough about 1990. During the subsequent two decades it experience can be characterized as one of continual regeneration. Influencing Rosebank’s fortunes are a complex web of factors which include; natural decay and regeneration, macro-economic events, government economic policies, public sector assistance, natural advantages and limitations on competition from other areas.
