The Microring Resonator (MRR) structure is one of the structures that can be highly modified to improve its performance. In this paper, propose one of the modified MRR structures is the Multipath Optical Ring Resonator (MpORR). This structure can be applied as a filter component in a 40 GHz Radio over Fiber (RoF) system. In this paper, a single-sideband microwave photonic filter based on MPORR structure is simulated by optimizing the length of the ring radius, the width of the gap between the radius of the outer ring and the waveguide bus and the gap of the outer ring and inner ring. From the simulation results obtained width FSR and Bandwidth respectively 3.25 THz and 310 GHz at a frequency of 193,4 THz. MPoRR fabrication results will also be discussed. Based on the results, this structure can be used for a single sideband filter on the radio through a fiber communication system.
