摘要

The demand for non-intrusive measurements constantly increases together with the adoption of IoT devices. In this paper the authors present the results of a preliminary investigation of the limits of feasibility of a non-contact device for load measurement in support of data-disaggregation. The device is intended to be installed by the final user without intervention of a specialized technician. Results show a clear ability of the proposed device in reconstructing the current flowing in a three-phase power cable which is potentially buried under the surface of the wall at a depth of about 2 cm.
