Classification of Governer's Public Report from SMS LaporGub Using Naive Bayes Classifier Method

摘要

Freedom to express people's feeling like complaint is one effort from a governor to improve a public service in Central Java Province. By knowing all complaints from people and sometimes they give some suggestions, it able to make better performance government in various aspects such as infrastructure, criminal, healthy, etc. To execute this effort, government establish a “SMS LaporGub” service which able to become an interaction and a communication media that hold all complaints that occur in public. It is already execute well and increase some performance in many aspects. The existence of a wide variety of complaints and high number of reports makes manual analysis becomes ineffective. It needed an automatic classification to classify and analyse the report based on its types. So administrator easy to handle those reports, prevent delay handling for urgent reports to be discussed. This study using classification method especially Naïve Bayes Classifier method.
