摘要

In order to meet the low-cost PC-based parallel computing system used by the requirements of transferring MPI message, especially to no password secure communication specificity between each node of parallel computing system. This thesis studies security communication strategy of no disk parallel computing system systematically and gives the specific project, it based on SSH key authentication principle and property of each calculation nodes on the same root file system in no disk parallel computing system. It provides support for deployment of no disk parallel computing system on basis of LINUX.
