Military Logistics Cost Accounting is an important military economic management activity. This paper, based on the theoretical guidance of activity-based costing (ABC), designs the Operation-based Cost Accounting System with advanced methods. The system includes the design of accounting vouchers, accounts, account books, cost reports and the design of business processes. It provides factual, reliable and timely cost information for decision-making.
