Knowledge-based monitoring and diagnosis for a flexible assemblysystem

Since there is no a concentrated computer monitoring system in theimported flexible assembly system, a knowledge-based monitoring anddiagnostic system (KBAMD) for the flexible assembly system has beendeveloped. In this paper, the structure of KBAMD is introduced. Theonline monitoring and knowledge-based error diagnosis system isproposed. The knowledge base and diagnosis inference are considered. Theapplication example of KBAMD is presented
