Multi-channel Integration Framework for Web Services-based Business

摘要

In this paper we proposed quality of service architecture for the multiple channel business based on web services, core of which is the cost and charging issues regarding the selection and use of web services. The proposed scheme also supports the selection of the service according the customer given specifications through an agent. The internal and external transaction management regarding the selected web services is also the core feature of the scheme. And finally we discussed general business workflow according to the scheme, where business is quality of service aware.
