SATELLITE TELEMETRY ANALYZER TOOL FOR DUBAISAT-1

LEO Satellite telemetry is transmitted to the groundstation once it passes over it. This telemetry containsreadings of different parameters of various subsystemswithin the spacecraft. These readings must be analyzedon daily basis to assure the satellite health. Detectionof any anomaly occurred or a prediction of possiblefuture problem is a time-consuming task and requires alot of manpower resources. Satellite operators andengineers need a system that visualizes these massiveamounts of readings and automatically detects anyanomaly occurred.The Ground Systems Development of EIAST hasdeveloped a system that analyzes the receivedtelemetry from DubaiSat-1. It searches for alreadyarchived telemetry and stores it into the systemdatabase. The end-user interface enhances thetelemetry visualization by plotting different parametersof a subsystem during different satellite operationmodes. It also clearly notifies the operators of thesatellite if any value exceeds its maximum level ordrops down to its minimum value.
