General Comments:It is worthy noting that in preparation of the 2nd Draft,the following principles or points were borne in mind:1.For the purpose of facilitating cfficient recognition by a State Party of a foreign judicial sale of ship,certain neccssary minimal requirements for conducting Judicial Sales should be laid down in this Instrument.
