Reference is made to Circular Letter dated 25 June 2012 concerning a report on the work by the International Working Group regarding a proposed revision of the York-Antwerp Rules (YAR).The Norwegian MLA has the following comments to the proposed amendments:The 2004 Rules introduced relatively drastic changes to the previous versions of the York-Antwerp Rules.
