One of the most important measures of the productivity of anorganization is the time to market of the products. There is a constantneed to reduce it to meet the increasing demand of the customers and togain more competitiveness. There are many technical issues that affectthe time to market and sometimes they cannot be changed due to the highcost of purchasing new equipment and the training of the employees. In aprevious study, some soft factors and their impact on time to market insoftware development have been studied and an interesting conclusion isthat they strongly affect the time to market and they are helpful inplanning and controlling time to market. The focus in this paper is tostudy the implementation of the proposed model in reducing time tomarket through optimization of soft factors. The results are useful formanagement in their decision-making for controlling the time to market
